The Stoltman Brothers Eat a Mixed 10,694 Energy Per Day for Their 2023 Arnold Strongman Basic Prep

Luke is the 2021 Europe’s Strongest Man (ESM), and Tom is the two-time reigning World’s Strongest Man (WSM) champion. Each purpose for stellar performances in Columbus, as neither has captured the ASC crown but throughout their adorned strongman careers.

On Feb. 19, 2023, the Stoltman brothers took to their YouTube channel to publish a video that shared the ten,694 energy they eat day by day throughout their 2023 ASC prep. Test it out under:
