MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine authorities failed to offer its World Struggle II “consolation ladies” reparations, social help, and recognition regardless of their long-time clamor, in response to the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination towards Girls (CEDAW).
The committee launched that assertion about its resolution on Wednesday, Worldwide Girls’s Day.
