CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga — Authorities on Thursday, Feb. 23, arrested a 63-year-old man in Masantol city on this province in reference to P345,000 price of “shabu” (crystal meth) that arrived on the Port of Clark a number of days in the past.
In a press release, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Company-Central Luzon (PDEA-3) recognized the suspect as Abner Bautista.
Bautista was arrested after accepting a bundle containing 50 grams of shabu from California in the USA throughout a “managed supply,” an entrapment operation aimed toward figuring out and arresting the proprietor or receiver of the unlawful substances.
