MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Workplace (LTO) has launched on Tuesday the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief,” a web based criticism and suggestions system which may be accessed via a QR code.
The QR code suggestions system is a part of LTO’s efforts to digitalize the company and supply a seamless buyer expertise when conducting transactions on the LTO, the division stated in an announcement.
LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Jose Arturo “Jay Artwork” Tugade led the posting of the “Isumbong Mo Kay Chief” QR code on the Licensing Part of the LTO Central Workplace, East Avenue, Quezon Metropolis.
