LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Senator Imee Marcos on Saturday led the groundbreaking ceremony for the San Manuel, Pangasinan-Itogon, Benguet Highway, part of what she referred to as “Ilocano highway community” that may join Areas I, II, and Cordillera Autonomous Area.
Marcos stated the highway is without doubt one of the “lacking hyperlinks” within the deliberate “Ilocano highway community” that may join interior cities within the northern Luzon provinces.
She stated whereas there may be the Manila North Highway from Metro Manila to the north, the freeway traverses solely the most important cities and cities, and different areas had been unnoticed.
