I’m loving the mornings!! – PhiLiftSophy.com




January is sort of coming to an finish and I’m nonetheless checking my packing containers. Beating PROcrastination is rewarding. The final two weeks I’ve been engaged on strengthening the adductors and my buns (the most recent I’d love to show into metal ;-)). I’m blissful to already see some modifications in how I strategy the programme and even the bar.

Sunday’s  I take the outing for my weekly overview on paper and digital. The most important  ‘ahaah-thing’ I can say is…..I’m loving the mornings. Being on the go from 6.30 o’clock is difficult and when you get the hold of it the nicest circulation to be in. Seeing the solar come up and noticing that I’ve already indulged some ME-time and brace myself for the duties which are there for me to tackle and even sort out. It provides me extra time and focus to benefit from the issues I do in my spare time.

This “test in” is fast so there shall be extra to inform and present subsequent week.
Let me test what’s on my ‘I shall be doing’ checklist for the approaching week!!
How do you put together your self for the week and preserve your focus? I’m curious to know the way this time of the yr and season is  treating you and what you might be placing in to it.
