MANILA, Philippines-Carlos Edriel Yulo seized the gold medal within the parallel bars of the FIG Inventive Gymnastics World Cup Collection in Baku, Azerbaijan on Saturday.
Yulo topped the equipment, his second gold medal within the ongoing four-leg World Cup, after failing to e book a finals spot within the flooring train.
The previous world champion received 15.400 from the judges in nipping Ukraine’s Illia Kovtun, who settled for the silver with 15.366 factors. Cameron-Lie Bernard of France positioned third with a complete of 14.600 whereas Curran Phillips, the pace-setter within the qualifying spherical, managed solely fifth (14.500).
