MANILA, Philippines — Contingency plans are being crafted in case armed assaults transpire amid China’s continued incursion within the West Philippine Sea, stated Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Assistant Deputy Chief of Employees for Operations Captain Peter Jempsun de Guzman.
