Once I actually received into operating, I used to be a sophomore in school. Tuesday: Heat-up, 12 x 200 meters onerous, 200-meter jog, the tempo is 1500m, 30-minute run, cooldown,

Wednesday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes, average operating, 6 x 100m stride outs, cooldown

Thursday: Heat-up, 12 x 400m, at 3000m tempo, 400m jog in between, cooldown

Friday: warm-up, 40-50 minutes average operating, 6 x100m stride outs, cooldown

Saturday: warm-up, Racing on the relay, 4x400m, plus a 1000m, or an 800m, calm down

Sunday: 65-70 minutes average tempo, on trails
